Welcome to Olive Care, where genuine passion meets unparalleled expertise in direct care services. Founded with a heartfelt commitment to providing compassionate and comprehensive care, our journey began with a deeply personal connection to the field.
At the age of just 15 years old, founder and owner Phoenix Shram embarked on a transformative path in the direct care industry, with the responsibility of caring for a 14-year-old with the most complex mental and physical disabilities. This experience not only shaped her professional trajectory but ignited a lifelong dedication to supporting individuals in need of full care.
From administering medications, to tube feeding, from personal care to physiotherapy programs, Phoenix immersed herself in every aspect of caregiving at the highest level all while she was still in high school. Since then, and with years of hands-on experience in the depths of direct care, she honed her skills to deliver exceptional service tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Her distinctive approach is rooted in genuine connection, empathy, and a deep-seated belief in the inherent dignity of every person she has had the privilege to serve. These attributes are the heart and core of who we are at Olive Care.
